Hailey Lee

Meet Hailey one of our extraordinary paperwork pros.  Assisting agents, talking to buyers & sellers, being a second set of eyes & ears & keeping everything organized are a few of the things she does daily to make your closing a smooth process from start to finish.  From property management to running social media for a startup & coordinating fundraising & volunteers, she’s worn a lot of hats & brings warmth, creativity & adaptability to the team.

Hailey & her family took a leap of faith moving from Austin to St. Louis in 2023 after just one visit & now happily call UCity home. She loves the tight-knit community, great schools, & easy access to everything.

At home, life is full & fun—she’s married with three kiddos, one delightfully crazy dog, Andi, & dreams of adding chickens to the mix someday. Weekends are spent at youth sports, local patios, movie nights, or park picnics. In her free time, she enjoys reading, gardening, floral arranging, thrifting, & baking a mean loaf of sourdough.

An optimist at heart, Hailey finds joy in the little things—sunshine, coffee, & time with the people she loves.
